Training and Placement Cell

Batch of 2016-19 placement season was commenced with some big names such as Nerdy Turtles, Zomato, HCL, Lens kart, Wipro, Digiversal, Landcraft, Reservoir Financial, Axis Bank visited the college for conducting placements

IAMR Group of Institutions has a dedicated Placement & Training Cell. This cell caters to the needs of students of all programs: – BBA, BCA, BJMC, etc, for their placements and summer internships programs. The goal of placements and internships is achieved by integrating academic and corporate personnel. Corporate personnel share their wisdom in training students and preparing them to meet corporate challenges. In fact, our value-added programs and specialization programs are developed with the help of corporate inputs, their requirements and their expectations with the student.

Alumni also help these students and train them for enhancing their skills. Our distinguished Alumni also provide various opportunities to student and provide their valuable feedback also.

In our mission of placing students and enhancing their skills we work throughout the year and inviting various companies and industry people for various guest lectures and academic exposures. Placement cell is just an interface and connecting network among students and corporate so that we can generate various opportunities for students.

With an experienced team, it gets possible for us to provide a smooth transition from the classroom to the boardroom. Our system provides opportunities for students’ aspirations across various sectors of the industry. At IAMR, students can confidently hope to enter the corporate world in sectors and positions in line with their capabilities. These comprise of Industry visits, mentorship activity, field research work, corporate interface, and faculty monitored corporate internship programs.

Placement Process

  • A student gets placement by virtue of the exposure he receives via industrial visits, various workshops and other corporate activities.
  • To get exposure of corporate work, IAMR provides its students an exposure of internships.
  • Placement of students follows a formal process which is guided by training and placement process.

IAMR BBA Department continuously strives for success of its student. Placement is no easy task to achieve this we prepare our student as per industry expectations and standard. Our curriculum is rigorously added with value added program which is been updated with consultations of corporate resources available to us. The benchmark and testing lie with our corporate resources and they ensure that students meet the global standards. We have started certifying our students with Google Digital Marketing certificate and analytics coupled with HubSpot Marketing tools and Facebook Blueprint program as well. This made jumps in placements offers up to 50% of what we have earlier.

The growth in offers have not only improved number of placements but it has also provided students with multiple offers. Each student was having two or more than two offers with them.
